We are excited to be coming to 40 Main Street, Middlebury in April of 2024. Our building was in great need of TLC and we are excited to share the restoration and renovation process with you. Chimney Subs
We take our freshly baked Cabot Cheddar & Herb Chimney Cake, cut it open, and then fill it with the freshest local produce, local cheese, and deli sliced meats for a sandwich you will want daily.
Gelato & Affogato's
Handcrafted Gelato... need I say more? Or how about a affogato with caramel sauce or drenched in hot fudge. Perhaps you don't like espresso and prefer a hot chocolate affogato made with our inhouse French hot chocolate. Yum.
Chim Dogs & Chim Sausages
If you love the classic 'pig in a blanket' you will love these! Italian sausage or hot dog is tightly wrapped inside a freshly baked chimney cake. Top it with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
